Full Job Description

Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers building security, identity, and access management products and services. Set clear priorities and align the team's engineering roadmap with customer needs, product strategy, and business objectives. Guide the design, development, and delivery of globally distributed, business-critical identity governance services. Influence the technical direction and architecture of solutions that govern human and non-human identities across applications, directories, and resources. Drive engineering excellence across design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support. Champion security, privacy, reliability, performance, and compliance throughout the product and service lifecycle. Translate long-term product and technical strategy into incremental milestones that deliver measurable customer and business value. Make informed engineering and investment decisions, manage technical risks, and deliver results in complex and ambiguous environments. Build an inclusive, accountable, and learning-oriented team culture where engineers are empowered to innovate and grow. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams, including developing talent, fostering innovation, and delivering results through leadership and cross-functional collaboration. 6+ years of experience designing, building, or operating commercial software applications, cloud services, or large-scale distributed systems. Experience with identity and access management, identity governance, or related security products and services.
