Gather insights across executive and technical stakeholders and anticipate industry trends to shape long-term AI transformation strategy. Lead architecture and technical governance across multiple large, complex AI programs, platforms, and customer organizations. Build realistically costed solution approaches with traceability across requirements, constraints, decisions, risks, and trade-offs. Establish enterprise standards for secure agentic systems, data and knowledge grounding, evaluation, observability, resiliency, Responsible AI, and operational readiness. Translate business objectives into executable delivery strategies, technical roadmaps, and scalable solution architectures while managing risk, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Jointly lead implementation quality and governance across project, account, engineering, and customer teams. Anticipate and resolve critical business and technical blockers, orchestrating specialists and disparate teams into a durable plan of action. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g. AI Engineering) OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g. AI Engineering) OR equivalent experience. 4+ years managing multiple, complex projects or portfolios. 2+ years experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams. Experience leading highly complex enterprise architecture across multiple programs, platforms, customer stakeholders, and delivery teams. Demonstrated executive influence, customer advocacy, risk governance, and resolution of complex escalations. Technical or Professional Certification in the relevant domain. Experience designing and implementing Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns.
