Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for various construction projects.
- Identify and source suppliers and vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Review project requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate potential new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

5-10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry, with at least 6 years in the UAE.

Proven track record of managing procurement for large-scale projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and market rates in the UAE.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).
