Our client is a well-established Interior & Landscaping company delivering high-quality design, execution, and turnkey solutions across villas, apartments, offices, and outdoor environments.
They are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to manage sourcing and supplier coordination for our interior and landscaping projects.
Role Overview
You will ensure materials, finishes, and MEP items are procured efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate materials, finishes, furnishings, and MEP items
- Review BOQs and drawings for procurement accuracy
- Issue RFQs and conduct comparative cost analysis
- Manage supplier relationships locally and internationally
- Track budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with site and project teams on delivery timelines
- Maintain procurement documentation and compliance standards
Candidate Profile
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction procurement
- Strong supplier network within UAE market
- Excellent negotiation and cost-analysis skills
- Knowledge of contract documentation and purchase processes
