Procurement Lead

This role offers the opportunity to help scale a growing procurement organization within a fast-paced, technology-enabled operating environment. You will own purchasing activities across a portfolio of production materials and suppliers, helping ensure reliable supply and healthy inventory levels. The role combines hands-on procurement execution with inventory planning, supplier management, reporting, and process improvement. You will work closely with Materials Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Accounts Payable teams to solve supply challenges. A key part of the position is building scalable processes, improving visibility, and reducing operational friction through better tools and automation. You will also mentor junior procurement professionals and contribute to stronger team standards and capabilities.
