Full job description
The role plans, leads and documents public procurements; advises internal owners on procedures, specifications, award models, contract terms and risk; prepares tender documents; supports evaluations and negotiations; follows agreements and suppliers; and develops procurement routines, templates and internal capability.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires higher education, primarily in law or economics, relevant experience planning and conducting public procurements, solid knowledge of Norway's procurement legislation and regulations, good digital competence, and strong spoken and written Norwegian.
