Procurement Manager – MEP | Dubai
Talent Tide is hiring a Procurement Manager on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely material procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance, control procurement costs, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of procurement experience within the MEP or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment, and local suppliers in the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
