Our Client

Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing & Sourcing
- Develop purchasing plan based on production requirements
- Source and evaluate new suppliers and alternative materials
- Monitor market trends and raw material prices to support purchasing decisions
- Supplier & Cost Management
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure supply continuity and mange potential supply risks
- Develop alternative suppliers for key materials

Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements

Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and documentation requirements

Lead the procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs, cost-saving targets
and operational targets

Work closely with Planner, Production, QA, R&D, Finance and other departments

Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to Management
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Good understanding of raw materials purchasing, inventory management, and supply planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
