This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring procurement excellence across multiple categories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. What You Will Do   Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across key categories (e.g., logistics, packaging, indirect spend, operations) Drive cost optimization initiatives through negotiation, benchmarking, and supplier consolidation Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx (RFP/RFQ/RFI) Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and business teams to support procurement needs Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements Analyze spend data and provide insights to improve procurement efficiency   Basic Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Fluent communication skills in Mandarin and English   Preferred Qualifications   Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics procurement Familiarity with Taiwan supplier market Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, or procurement tools) Experience working in multinational or high-growth companies MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) Recruitment Process and Others    Recruitment Process    Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
