This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Analytics - Sênior based in Brazil. This is a senior product analytics role focused on turning data into strategic direction for digital products and user experiences. You will connect product, UX, and business metrics to help teams understand performance and make evidence-based decisions. The role combines advanced analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and product instrumentation in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with Data, Product, Revenue Operations, and other business areas to strengthen analytical foundations and governance. Your insights will support squads and executive leadership, translating complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations. You will also have autonomy to improve analytical practices, metrics, processes, and policies across the organization. The position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical analytics skills with business acumen, communication, and sound judgment.
Define, connect, and monitor product and UX metrics, ensuring that indicators are aligned with business objectives and clearly distinguishing leading and lagging metrics. Select and monitor business, marketing, product, and UX metrics, creating a consistent narrative that supports product strategy and leadership decisions. Structure and evolve product tagging and instrumentation, ensuring relevant events are captured with quality, traceability, and appropriate coverage. Develop alternative approaches, such as proxies or new data collection methods, when the required information is not yet available. Conduct advanced analyses including cohort analysis, retention, funnels, and adoption segmentation, translating findings into actionable recommendations for product squads and leadership. Design and conduct experiments, including A/B tests, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and appropriate statistical interpretation of results. Collect, model, and manipulate data using SQL while partnering with Data teams to ensure strong data structures and governance. Build reliable and intuitive dashboards and visualizations using sound Data Visualization practices while avoiding common analytical errors and biases. Communicate insights effectively to different audiences, adapting the depth, format, and narrative from technical squads to C-level leadership. Propose and implement improvements to analytical procedures, metrics, and policies, helping strengthen data-driven practices across the organization. Work autonomously across problems of varying scope, applying sound judgment when selecting analytical methods and building productive relationships with senior colleagues and partner teams. Requirements At least 3 years of professional experience in analytics, data, product intelligence, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong SQL skills for data collection, modeling, and manipulation, combined with a solid understanding of data structures. Practical experience defining and managing product and UX metrics and connecting them to business objectives. Hands-on experience with Product Analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Pendo, Mixpanel, GA4, PostHog, or similar tools. Experience with event tagging and product instrumentation. Strong knowledge of Data Visualization principles and experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing, hypothesis formulation, and statistical interpretation. Ability to conduct advanced analyses involving cohorts, retention, funnels, and segmentation and translate findings into business recommendations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt complex analytical messages to technical teams and executive audiences. Strong autonomy, judgment, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work. Experience in SaaS environments, particularly with adoption, retention, churn, NRR, MRR, activation, or engagement metrics, is a plus. Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis and automation is desirable. Experience connecting product data with Revenue Operations, CRM, or Customer Success processes is an advantage. Familiarity with version control and best practices for organizing queries and data models is desirable. Interest or experience in using AI for data analysis and insight generation is a plus.
