This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product & Business Development Manager based in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial direction of a growing records and document management business. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, business development, tenders, partnerships, and pre-sales. The position combines market insight with hands-on ownership of strategic opportunities and product priorities. You will translate customer, regulatory, competitive, and tender requirements into actionable recommendations for Product and R&D teams. A major focus will be developing strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology providers, resellers, and implementation partners. You will also help shape go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, commercial models, and market expansion initiatives. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced records management professional who thrives in a global, fast-moving environment.
