ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring our first product designer, which means you won’t just be designing features, you’ll be building the foundation for a design-driven culture at Niva. You’ll work closely with our co-founders, engineers, and customers to translate complex regulatory and technical processes into intuitive, modern experiences using AI agents. This role is perfect for someone excited to tackle zero-to-one challenges and own design end-to-end. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive the full design lifecycle from ideation through implementation for Niva’s AI-native business verification platform, focusing initially on the data information architecture
- Partner with product, engineering, and founders to define intuitive agentic experiences for complex problems
- Define and develop Niva’s design language and design system
- Help shape how design functions at Niva: processes and tools, but more importantly, values, and culture YOU'RE PROBABLY A MATCH IF YOU HAVE
- 5+ years experience working in product design role (particularly working on B2B SaaS)
- Ability to move fast and iterate quickly in an early-stage environment
- Prior experience building a design system
- Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks like React. You don’t need to be an expert, but must have some experience translating your designs in Figma to a webpage
- Passion for evangelizing design-thinking and excited about making design an integral part of our culture BONUS POINTS FOR
