This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer based in France. As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, high-quality payment experiences for complex digital products used by customers across global markets. You will own the full product design journey, from discovery and research through delivery and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you will turn complex customer and business challenges into clear, elegant solutions. Your work will span web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and customer outcomes. You will use research, experimentation, and product metrics to validate decisions and continuously improve the user experience. You will also contribute to scalable design systems and help establish consistent, cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem. This is an opportunity to have meaningful design ownership in a fast-paced environment where your ideas can influence products reaching millions of users worldwide.
