About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.

Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Hands-on experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval flows.

Practical experience working with AI, ML, or LLM products, including designing for trustworthy presentation of automated outputs.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.

Comfort iterating closely with operations stakeholders.

Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.

Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires in-person presence and is not available remotely.
