Overview Use your passion for creating awesome apps to develop leading-edge cross-platform mapping and GIS solutions that run on the latest mobile devices. Responsibilities Collaborate with developers, designers, testers Understand user workflows and define user requirements by testing and analysis of software functions, user interfaces, and GIS methods and practices Test software to ensure both development goals and real-world usage scenarios are met Requirements Experience with software project planning and design Familiarity with software testing automation tooling Applicants must have a keen interest in the collection of new data and verification of existing GIS data with field work  Background with with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) Experience with Esri's ArcGIS product suite Ability to work closely with the team and adjust to changes in a constantly evolving environment Effective time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A current 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Graduate student in computer science, GIS, engineering, mathematics, or related field Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency Recommended Qualifications Basic scripting or programming experience to support testing, workflows, or automation #LI-Onsite #LI-JO1 The Company At Esri, diversity is more than just a word on a map.
