Mobileye is seeking a brilliant Product Execution Manager to lead the execution of advanced algorithmic products – Computer Vision, LiDAR, Radar, and Camera – for global automotive partners and Mobileye’s internal AV development.
** This role may offer the flexibility to work 1-2 days per week from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
What will your job look like:

Responsibility for managing the executing Autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring the company meets its commitments to our clients.

Lead complex development projects from the requirements phase through to implementation.

Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams.

Work horizontally across internal teams (R&D, AV, REM) to unify and create a coherent product.

Create optimal connections between different interfaces that don't naturally communicate, to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.

Managing debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the features within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.
All you need is:

Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

At least 3 years of experience in closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects/products.

Proven experience in customer-facing positions.

Excellent communication and management skills.

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
