Key Accountabilities:
Welcome and engage customers in a busy retail environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences
Confidently approach and assist customers on the shop floor
Support customers with product information and general enquiries
Maintain a professional and polished presence at all times
Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
What We Are Looking For:
Retail, Brand ambassador/promotional work, Hospitality or front-of-house experience
Experience working with premium brands
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
You are naturally outgoing, proactive, and comfortable speaking to a high volume of customers every day
Comfortable working in a fast-paced flagship retail environment
Must be 21+
What Do We Offer:
£16 per hour plus 10% performance bonus
Must be flexible to work 4-5 days between Mon-Sun
Contracted hours: `34 hrs per week
Fixed term contract: September- December 2026

Store opening hours: Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
