Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Commercial Agreements & Pricing Mechanics based in United Kingdom. This is a senior product role at the intersection of billing, commerce, pricing, and engineering. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for commercial agreements and pricing mechanics within a sophisticated billing platform. Your work will enable increasingly complex B2B commercial structures, from commitments and credits to custom pricing terms and multi-tenant arrangements. You will turn recurring commercial requirements into scalable, productized capabilities that reduce the need for bespoke deals. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering, you will translate business needs into robust product mechanics and data models. You will also shape pricing capabilities designed to support revenue growth while balancing commercial value, margin, and technical feasibility. The role offers significant ownership in a fast-moving international environment focused on building infrastructure for the AI economy.
Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for commercial agreements and pricing mechanics within the billing platform. Design and deliver billing capabilities that support sophisticated commercial constructs, including commitments, credits, custom terms, and multi-tenant arrangements. Develop pricing mechanics that support revenue growth, including dynamic pricing and other scalable pricing models. Analyze recurring non-standard deal requirements and transform them into productized, out-of-the-box capabilities. Partner closely with Sales, GTM, Finance, Legal, and Operations to understand deal structures, contractual requirements, and commercial mechanics. Collaborate with billing engineers to define solutions, data models, APIs, system requirements, and implementation trade-offs. Own the full product lifecycle for the domain, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Define and monitor success metrics, including the commercial and operational impact of pricing and billing improvements. Maintain clear product documentation and provide internal enablement to ensure stakeholders understand available capabilities and processes. Model the revenue and margin implications of pricing, discounts, and commercial mechanics before committing to new approaches. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of billing, monetization, pricing, or closely related products. Strong technical understanding and the ability to work effectively with engineers on APIs, data models, billing pipelines, and system architecture. Ability to reason through technical trade-offs and translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions without necessarily writing production code. Experience working in enterprise B2B environments with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering. Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to assess revenue, margin, pricing, and discount impacts. Demonstrated ability to manage product discovery, requirements, delivery, prioritization, and success measurement. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align teams around complex commercial and technical requirements. A structured, ownership-oriented approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements. Experience with FinOps or cloud billing, including commitment discounts, usage-based pricing, FOCUS, or similar billing data standards, is a plus. Experience supporting enterprise deal desks or working directly with Sales on non-standard commercial agreements is a plus. Background with a cloud provider, GPU cloud, or adjacent infrastructure business is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation. Career growth and continuous learning opportunities. Flexibility and a high degree of ownership. Collaborative, innovative, and fast-moving working environment. Opportunity to contribute to impactful AI infrastructure projects. International environment with highly skilled and experienced teams. Meaningful opportunity to shape products supporting the rapidly evolving AI economy.
