Shape how customers discover, purchase and experience Gallup’s digital products. As a product manager on Gallup’s Digital Commerce team, you’ll turn customer needs and business opportunities into digital experiences that increase customer engagement. You’ll have meaningful ownership and impact, with support from experienced product leaders. You’ll be challenged to grow, and we’ll invest in your future. What You’ll Do Build and maintain product road maps that connect customer needs with business goals Define problems, desired outcomes and priorities, guiding initiatives from discovery through launch Partner with research and business stakeholders to gather insights, discover opportunities and inform product direction Use customer insights, product data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed product decisions and evaluate performance Collaborate with engineering and design to balance customer value, business needs, technical feasibility and user experience Test and validate ideas through pilots, A/B testing, phased rollouts and other experimentation Communicate product decisions, progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other partners to successfully launch products and features What Makes You Stand Out Technical fluency: You’re genuinely interested in technology and software development and can comfortably work with engineers while translating technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders. Customer curiosity: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand customer experiences and use those insights to identify opportunities. Learning agility: You’re eager to learn from experienced product leaders, seek feedback, experiment with AI and emerging technologies, and quickly apply what you learn. Evidence-based judgment: You holistically consider customer feedback, data and experimentation to evaluate ideas, determine trade-offs and inform team priorities. Ownership and initiative: You take responsibility for moving work forward, are focused on results, work well under pressure and own outcomes. Drive for progress: You bring energy and urgency to your work, push through obstacles and ambiguity, and keep the team aligned and focused on goals. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, product management or a related field, or equivalent experience, required At least one year of experience in product management, product ownership, technical product management or a related product delivery role required Foundational understanding of software development and technology concepts required Experience with e-commerce, digital commerce, online purchasing journeys or conversion optimization preferred Experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing or product measurement preferred A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week required Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship About Gallup At Gallup, we change the world, one client at a time, through extraordinary analytics and advice on everything important facing humankind. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $85,000-$105,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
