Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Enrichment based in United States. As the first Product Manager dedicated to the enrichment product, you will own a critical product area that processes massive volumes of financial transaction data. You’ll shape the roadmap, define priorities, and drive products from early ideas through launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering, data science, leadership, customers, and product marketing, you’ll help build highly scalable data and API products. The role combines strategic product ownership with strong technical collaboration and direct customer engagement. You’ll have significant autonomy to establish processes and build the roadmap rather than inheriting an existing backlog. This is an opportunity to influence financial data infrastructure used by major banks and fintech organizations in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment. The position follows a hybrid model in New York City, with regular in-office collaboration.
Own the enrichment product: Lead the core enrichment product vertical and define its direction, priorities, and long-term evolution in partnership with engineering and data science teams. Drive product development: Take products from ideation and prioritization through delivery, launch, iteration, and continuous improvement. Build for scale and reliability: Ensure enrichment products can reliably support billions of API calls each month while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Develop the roadmap: Establish the product roadmap and priorities from the ground up, balancing customer needs, technical considerations, business objectives, and future opportunities. Engage with customers: Gather feedback through direct conversations and sales-supported interactions, translating customer needs into actionable product improvements. Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, data science, product marketing, and leadership to deliver products and coordinate launches and ongoing market communication. Support financial data innovation: Help advance products that transform complex transaction data into structured, verified information that can support analytics, personalization, authorization, attribution, and AI initiatives. Requirements Product management experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including experience within fintech or payments. B2B product ownership: Proven experience building or launching B2B products end-to-end, from early-stage ideation through delivery and ongoing iteration. Technical fluency: Strong understanding of API and data products, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and make informed product and technical trade-offs. High ownership: Comfortable defining processes, priorities, and roadmaps from scratch rather than inheriting an established backlog. Communication skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Location and availability: Based in New York City and able to work from the office at least two days per week. Additional experience: Startup experience, particularly within seed-to-Series C environments, is a plus, as is direct experience working with transactional data. Customer engagement: Experience working with customers ranging from early-stage fintech companies to enterprise financial institutions is highly valued. Benefits Compensation: $185,000–$220,000 USD base salary, plus equity. Equity: Meaningful equity with flexibility around early exercise and an extended post-termination exercise period. Health coverage: 100% company-paid premium option for medical, mental health, dental, and vision coverage, plus One Medical membership for U.S.-based employees. Retirement: 401(k) plan to support long-term financial planning. Parental leave: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for parents welcoming a new child. Time off: Unlimited PTO to support flexibility and time away from work. Hybrid workplace: NYC-based hybrid work environment with a dog-friendly office. Additional perks: Work-from-home stipend, company-paid lunches, Citi Bike membership, and other workplace benefits. Work environment: Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an early-stage, well-funded team with significant ownership and autonomy.
