Role overview: Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our global business. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will work collaboratively with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to bring product ideas to life. You will be responsible for shaping product vision, conducting research, and delivering high-quality user experiences for our customers and partners in an innovative environment. Our product organisation is structured into three core tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Product Managers are assigned to a tribe based on their expertise, business priorities, and where they can have the greatest impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, embraces challenges, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. Identify and prioritise product opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to define and deliver product solutions. Own and prioritise the product backlog, making informed, data-driven decisions. Continuously improve user journeys and experiences to drive engagement and satisfaction. Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimise key metrics. Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment between product initiatives and company objectives. Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders. This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused or digital product environment. Proven experience delivering impactful software products and features end-to-end. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong customer focus with a passion for building intuitive and valuable user experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Creative problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to delivery. Collaborative team player, willing to get hands-on when needed. Self-starter with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
