Full job description
The Product Manager defines product strategy and vision, leads discovery and requirements, translates insights into roadmaps and user stories, partners with engineering across the SDLC, manages stakeholder alignment and risks, and tracks product performance and adoption.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates should have relevant university study, product-management specialization, at least four years as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Product Leader, substantial experience with software teams and Agile delivery, a strong technical understanding, English proficiency and availability for on-site work in San Salvador; eligible outside candidates must relocate.
