Be a subject matter expert on D&B products and how they can be leveraged to fulfill a specific solution. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery. Engages with customers and sellers to gather feedback to validate product/feature hypothesis to ensure that products meet quality standards, user needs and expectations. Keep abreast of latest market trends, perform research to understand customer’s needs, industry trends and competition landscape. Collaboration with business leaders to develop business cases for new product capabilities for existing products. Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, trends, and risks to inform data driven decisions about areas for improvement. Facilitate communication to stakeholders on product life cycle and roadmap. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learning techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems Handles escalation while also escalating and informing appropriately.

At least 3 years’ experience of product manager experience within portions of Product Lifecycle Management process. Experience with AI technologies such as; Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Human in the loop, etc... Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments. Proven track record of managing some aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, and analytics teams. Ability to shape business goals and translate into product requirements. Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Trello). Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs. Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Independent, detail oriented, and a good team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or other related disciplines - Required Advanced Degree - Preferred
