Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Strategic Integrations based in United States. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, ecosystem partnerships, data connectivity, and emerging technology. You will lead strategic integration initiatives that improve connectivity, create client value, and enable partner-driven growth. The position combines product discovery, business case development, technical integration strategy, and cross-functional execution. You will help determine when to build, partner, integrate, or co-create solutions across an evolving enterprise ecosystem. A key focus will be developing scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems. You will also explore high-value applications of generative AI and assess their technical, commercial, and risk implications. Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Management, you will have significant visibility with partners, technical teams, and senior leadership.
Lead product strategy development for priority integration initiatives, identifying high-value opportunities to improve connectivity, solution delivery, client experience, and partner-enabled growth. Partner with Partnerships and Alliances teams to evaluate and prioritize strategic integration opportunities, including embedded experiences, co-created solutions, and other partnership-led offerings. Develop recommendations on whether solutions should be built, partnered, integrated, or co-created, using customer value, business cases, product viability, and execution feasibility to guide decisions. Identify opportunities to strengthen connectivity across priority products, reuse existing capabilities where appropriate, and contribute to a more integrated client experience. Shape strategies for scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems, considering data ingestion, exchange patterns, and scalable services. Assess emerging integration and solution concepts originating from partnership opportunities and help translate promising ideas into viable product strategies. Lead discovery and execution for priority integration initiatives, defining success metrics and communicating product rationale, tradeoffs, progress, and expected value to partners and leadership. Identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled products and workflows, partnering with technical teams to evaluate data requirements, technology considerations, risks, and build-versus-partner tradeoffs. Requirements 4+ years of product management experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products, with demonstrated ownership of complex product initiatives. Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, including opportunity discovery, customer and market validation, product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, prioritization, requirements definition, launches, and measurement. Experience identifying and shaping ecosystem or partnership-driven product opportunities, such as integrations, embedded solutions, white-label offerings, channel partnerships, or co-development initiatives. Demonstrated ability to evaluate strategic alternatives, create structure around ambiguous opportunities, develop compelling product and business cases, and move initiatives from concept through measurable market outcomes. Technical fluency with modern integration and data technologies, including APIs, cloud architectures, data ingestion and exchange patterns, and scalable data services. Experience in HR technology, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance, or related enterprise software ecosystems. Experience applying generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and AI-enabled product development practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior decision-makers. Benefits Competitive compensation package with bonus/variable pay opportunity. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) plan with company matching. Flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or in an office setting. Flexible time off, including vacation, sick time, volunteer time off, and 12 paid holidays. Opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise integrations, data connectivity, partnerships, and AI. Exposure to complex ecosystem and integration initiatives spanning HCM, payroll, employer services, and enterprise technology. High-visibility role with opportunities to collaborate with partnerships, technical teams, product leadership, and senior stakeholders. Inclusive, people-first, and purpose-driven work environment. Remote position with flexibility designed to support different working styles.
