Full Job Description

Applied Intuition, Inc. is powering the future of physical AI. Founded in 2017 and now valued at $15 billion, the Silicon Valley company is creating the digital infrastructure needed to bring intelligence to every moving machine on the planet. Applied Intuition services the automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining and agriculture industries in three core areas: tools and infrastructure, operating systems, and autonomy. Eighteen of the top 20 global automakers, as well as the United States military and its allies, trust the company’s solutions to deliver physical intelligence. Applied Intuition is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, with offices in Washington, D.C.; San Diego; Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Ann Arbor, Michigan; London; Stuttgart; Munich; Stockholm; Bangalore; Seoul; and Tokyo. Learn more at applied.co.

We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions

Applied Intuition is building Dana, the agentic platform for physical AI, bringing together the power of agents with a decade of tooling, infra, and data expertise to accelerate the development of autonomy across every domain.

Applied Intuition is looking for product managers who want to play a pivotal role in the growth of this platform. This role carries ownership on two levels: platform ownership of core capabilities shared across multiple verticals, and deep hands-on execution in one or more verticals using this platform. You will work directly with our customers that include top OEMs and autonomy developers as well as multiple autonomy teams at Applied Intuition across cars, trucks, mining and beyond. This is a high visibility role with lots of responsibility. We expect you to drive big outcomes for the team with a clear sense of ownership and product direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear point of view on what to build, grounded in the market, customer use cases, pain points, and business goals — both at the platform level and within your specific vertical(s).

  • Decide which platform capabilities should be vertical-specific versus vertical-agnostic, and drive that prioritization with engineering.

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to shape the product vision, work through tradeoffs, and prioritize what gets built.

  • Partner actively with TPMs and eng managers to own the complete product lifecycle, from launch through ongoing releases for your specific areas.

  • Present product capabilities to customers regularly, gather feedback, spot areas for growth, and help scale the tools org.

  • Sharpen product positioning and create marketing briefs, blog posts, and other content that helps tell Applied's story

  • Work with sales and customer leads to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer engagement

Required:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience at a top tech company or high-growth startup

  • Ability to build trust and relationships across a large engineering org, and quickly get up to speed on complex, multi-dimensional topics

  • Insatiable curiosity about what's next, paired with an ambitious drive to execute and win

  • Strong technical background, with real understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development.

  • Prior experience in Physical AI — autonomy, robotics, simulation, computer vision, or ML — is a strong differentiator and often leads to a good fit

  • MS/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in agentic AI — assistants, agents, eval frameworks, model training and evaluation would be a great differentiator

  • MBA from a top program, for a well-rounded view of product and business development

  • A sharp instinct for recognizing product-market fit

  • Exposure to hyper growth at a startup from Series A to IPO
