At Autofleet we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and guide products from conception to launch.

Product development at Autofleet is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and business teams. In your day-to-day you will define product requirements based on a deep understanding of our clients’ mobility operations and work closely with R&D during the development and release cycle. You’ll meet with customers and remain in close contact with the operations and business teams, keeping an ear to the ground of developing trends.

Things here move quickly, so you’ll need the ability to think on your feet, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high velocity.

What you’ll do:

  • Play a key role at every stage of the product life cycle, from planning the roadmap, defining needs and writings PRDs, to working closely with the R&D team and managing releases to production
  • Meet with clients to make sure that our goals are aligned with their needs
  • Conduct industry research, defining problems and needs and discovering new opportunities
  • Build wireframes and work closely with our designers, making sure that our products have top-notch usability, meet requirements and look great
  • Manage the QA and release process of features
  • Monitor the adoption of new functionality and measure against the defined KPIs
  • Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the business team
  • Keep in close contact with our clients, making sure that we continue to deliver value, enhance our products, and learn from our clients’ experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in building SaaS B2B products
  • A solid technical understanding of web technologies and SaaS architectures and how these impact development time and releases
  • Experience working with B2B customers and extracting needs and requirements and translating these into scalable product features
  • You possess ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities. You’re self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment where needs can change quickly. You’re comfortable making quick changes to plans and pushing products to production that have an immediate impact on users around the globe
  • Be the best multi-tasker you know, managing many projects in parallel
  • Bachelor Degree in a technical field is preferred
  • Fantastic spoken and written English
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python or other coding languages
