The Role As a Product Manager for Veeva Clinical Operations, you will drive core features and enhancements for key applications that are transforming how the life sciences industry runs clinical trials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help execute the product vision to unify clinical systems, streamline trial execution, and speed the delivery of new therapies to patients.

Execute the end-to-end product lifecycle for specific features within the Vault Clinical Operations suite, from concept to release and iteration. Engage directly with customers, domain experts, and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand clinical workflows. Author clear feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering, QA, and UX design teams. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Serve as an application expert, educating Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Support teams through documentation and product demos. Track key usage metrics to evaluate feature performance and inform data-driven product decisions. Stay aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry updates impacting clinical trial management.

3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within B2B enterprise SaaS applications. Proven track record of managing product features through the development lifecycle to successful launch. Experience working within an agile software development environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to articulate clear product requirements. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to professional integrity and ethical decision-making. Ability to travel up to 15% for customer research and internal events.

Domain knowledge in clinical operations (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, or CDMS) from a pharma, biotech, CRO, or life sciences technology vendor. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GCP, 21 CFR Part 11). Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform.

Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
