Product Marketing Associate, Rewards

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Associate, Rewards based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to help shape how consumers discover, understand, and engage with financial products and rewards. You’ll own product marketing initiatives across the full lifecycle, from research and discovery through launch, optimization, and scaling. The role combines consumer insights, behavioral data, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Design teams in a highly collaborative environment. Your work will directly influence product adoption, engagement, and the quality of the customer experience. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, use AI tools to accelerate your work, and continuously turn learnings into better strategies.
