Full job description

Pattern (Nasdaq: PTRN) is a leader in accelerating brands on global ecommerce marketplaces, leveraging proprietary technology and AI. Utilizing more than 91 trillion data points, Pattern optimizes and automates all levers of ecommerce growth for global brands, including advertising, content management, logistics and fulfillment, pricing, forecasting and customer service, through products like 3P Accelerator, TikTok Shop, PXM, and ROI Hunter. Hundreds of global brands depend on Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform every day to drive profitable revenue growth across 70+ global marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre. ROI Hunter is Pattern's advertising technology platform, helping brands manage product-level performance across Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok, and now OpenAI's ChatGPT. Are you obsessed with data, partner success, taking action, and changing the game? If you have a whole lot of hustle and a touch of nerd, come build with us. We want you to use your skills to push one of the fastest-growing companies in the US to the top of the list. Pattern has been named one of the fastest-growing tech companies headquartered in North America by Deloitte and one of the best-led companies by Inc. We place employee experience at the center of our business model and have been recognized as one of Newsweek's Global Most Loved Workplaces®.

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. You won't just be handed a release to ship: you're the fourth seat in the product quad, alongside a Product Manager, Product Designer and Lead Developer, from the very first idea through to the moment customers are using what you built, a setup that's rare for PMM roles in the Czech market. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule, ideally based in Brno.

What is a day in the life of a Product Marketing Manager? Sync with your dedicated Product Manager, Designer and Lead Developer on the release you're driving, often two in parallel: what shipped last week, what's next, and what could get in the way Build the assets that take a release to market: in platform landing pages, newsletters, decks, and turning Customer Success's win stories into case studies Join a weekly hour with Customer Success, alongside your Product Manager, to walk through what's new, train the team on it, and flag anything upstream that changes how they sell it, like a platform update from Meta Track adoption against the quarter's goals, dig into where uptake is stalling, and take that back to product and Customer Success to unblock it Take ownership of a specific slice of the ROI Hunter product end to end, though exactly which slice is still being finalized as the wider product team resets for next year What will I need to thrive in this role? Real e-commerce experience: an e-commerce platform or brand, an agency running performance marketing for e-commerce clients, a B2B SaaS built for e-commerce, or a couple of years doing e-commerce or performance marketing in house. B2C e-commerce marketers are welcome too Comfortable with ambiguity and a scope that moves. Priorities and roadmaps shift here more than they would at a company running a two year strategy, especially as ROI Hunter finishes folding into Pattern, and you'll need to reorient rather than freeze when that happens Genuinely autonomous. You go find the answer rather than waiting to be told, and you don't need someone checking in to keep moving Prior product marketing experience helps but isn't required. We will teach you how to be a PMM if the e-commerce instinct is already there Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok or OpenAI's ChatGPT ads is a big plus What does high performance look like? You show real excitement to grow into this from day one, even knowing it'll be a stretch You already carry the e-commerce instinct the role needs, so you're applying existing pattern recognition rather than starting from zero On the take home task, you prepare properly: you read the docs, ask sharp questions when something's missing, and it shows you did the thinking yourself rather than forwarding a ChatGPT draft When a release's scope changes overnight, you reorient fast and keep moving instead of freezing or waiting for someone to hand you a revised plan You go looking for adoption gaps yourself and bring product a clear read on what's not landing and why, rather than waiting to be asked What is my potential for career growth? This role has significant room to grow as Pattern`s ROI Hunter expands globally, particularly in the US. You will join at a stage where the marketing engine is still being built, which means you will have the opportunity to shape how demand generation works across markets rather than simply inherit an established playbook. As ROI Hunter grows within Pattern, the scope of the role can naturally expand across areas such as: owning a larger share of global demand generation strategy, taking broader responsibility for the US market, taking on wider responsibilities within Pattern’s global marketing organization. Because the role works closely with US-based Marketing, Sales, Events, Alliances and leadership teams, it also offers strong exposure to the wider Pattern organization and opportunities beyond ROI Hunter itself. For someone who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable building in an evolving environment, this role can grow well beyond its initial scope. What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days? First 30 days: you're building real knowledge of your product scope. The team should feel your energy and see you getting to know the product fast By 60 days: you're hands on with your first release, not just watching it happen By 90 days: you're operating on your own. Our team is covering this scope in one person right now, so the first two months will be a real push, with the expectation that you're a fully independent, integral part of the team by month three What is the team like? You'll report to Dominika Rakyta, who'll also be your direct mentor and sponsor. Day to day you'll sit inside your assigned quad with a dedicated Product Manager, Product Designer and Lead Developer. Adam, our CPO and colleagues from the product team will also help ramp you up on product knowledge and the roadmap early on.
