Product Operations & Governance Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Operations & Governance Manager based in Brazil. This senior product operations role provides enterprise-level governance across complex product portfolios, strategic suppliers, lifecycle transitions, and modernization initiatives. You will connect product, engineering, quality, architecture, support, operations, finance, procurement, legal, sales, and program teams to maintain a clear enterprise view. The role focuses on integrating plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, decisions, commitments, and acceptance evidence without taking over day-to-day project execution. You will play a key role in governing modernization, migration, sustaining, deployment, and end-of-life initiatives with significant operational and customer impact. Success requires strong systems thinking, executive communication, supplier governance, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. You will also identify recurring execution challenges and translate them into measurable improvements to governance frameworks, controls, KPIs, and operating cadences. This is an opportunity to shape how complex global technical programs are governed while working across distributed teams, platforms, and business functions.
