Analyze and support the deployment of new product features and capabilities. Maintain production and sandbox environments to support reliable customer operations. Create regular and ad hoc customer reports based on business and product requirements. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support successful product adoption. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in product specialist, customer success, consulting, or a related customer-facing technology role. Previous experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. Experience with clinical research, drug development, R&D, or regulatory submission software is highly preferred. Ability to quickly understand client requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and communicate them clearly. Demonstrated ability to address customer needs, manage expectations, and build effective working relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to switch efficiently between multiple priorities and customer requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Understanding of the life sciences drug development process is a plus. Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements is a plus. Benefits: Fully remote work arrangement within Europe. Full-time employment. Annual compensation of €61,500–€74,700. Opportunity to work at the intersection of life sciences, clinical research, AI, cloud computing, and SaaS technology. Exposure to generative AI, large language models, intelligent data management, medical writing, and clinical trial technologies. Opportunity to work directly with customers on solution configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing product adoption. Exposure to pre-sales, solution consulting, and customer project management. Opportunity to contribute to new product features and evolving AI-enabled capabilities. Eligible hiring locations are Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
