Experience in areas such as supply chain, product management, strategic planning, program management, and regulated healthcare markets including Medicare and Medicaid. Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Ability to evaluate data, translate findings into insights, and turn those insights into actions that create additional value. Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving, or unfamiliar situations, with a structured approach to diagnosing problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective solutions. Strong strategic thinking, organization, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Benefits Fully remote, full-time work arrangement. Remote work available in Missouri, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Opportunity to independently lead strategic product initiatives with meaningful business impact. Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulated-market environments. Cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, analytics, clinical, and business teams. Opportunity to influence new product concepts, business cases, pricing strategies, benefit designs, service models, and product positioning. Significant exposure to healthcare data, market analysis, financial modeling, and customer insights.
