ABOUT THE ROLE: The Production Coordinator is a linchpin role within SpaceXAI’s logistics organization supporting data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations. Production Coordinators work with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations, and construction teams to ensure the on-time delivery of components, kits, and assemblies for hyperscale AI training infrastructure. This position is based in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS, with work across the Memphis / Southaven campus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts for data center build and operations Maintain material and production schedules through coordination of planning and shortage management Ensure parts and equipment are handled and protected properly and within SpaceXAI specifications, including high-value servers, networking gear, power and cooling components, and infrastructure materials Interface with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction on the release of work orders and material requests Reconcile work order bill of material quantities Maintain high integrity in company computer systems per procedures; assist with resolution of incorrect system data that drives inappropriate demand, schedules, or could result in general failure Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity, and revisions prior to release of work orders or kits Work with internal customers for priority and schedule requirements Assist materials management leadership and project teams with action item updates as required Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership upon request Assist logistics and operations teams in corrective actions Support logistics process through innovative staging of workflow Perform de-kitting operations and own the return-to-stock process Support productivity improvement across receiving, inventory, kitting, and material flow BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalency certificate 1+ year(s) of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experience PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Associate’s degree in a business or technology field Experience in data center, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments Experience operating forklifts APICS certification ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Ability to work at elevated heights Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments — heat, cold, rain, etc. Ability to work in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise Willingness to operate machinery such as forklifts and loaders when needed Available for overtime and weekends as the schedule varies depending on site operational needs; flexibility required Able to and available for travel (up to 20% of time) Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area SpaceXAI is an equal opportunity employer.
