Full job description
The supervisor plans daily production, leads operators and technicians, enforces QHSE standards, coordinates maintenance, reduces downtime and production losses and contributes to continuous improvement.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Production or equivalent; at least 3 years supervising industrial production; proven team-management experience; agri-food experience is an advantage.
