Full job description
The professor will contribute across undergraduate, advanced and doctoral education, lead and develop research, pursue external funding, supervise students and participate in academic leadership and administration. Uppsala University states an ambition for the appointee to devote about half of working time to their own research, subject to departmental conditions.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate research and teaching expertise relevant to political science, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and documented capacity to lead research and education. Ability to teach in Swedish and English is desirable; an appointee who initially knows only one of the languages may be given time to acquire the other.
