Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager based in the United States. The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and end-to-end execution oversight for a large federal cybersecurity program. This role will coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, engineering, compliance, DevSecOps, artificial intelligence, and modernization. You will serve as a key interface between contractor teams and senior government stakeholders, translating priorities and requirements into actionable plans. The position combines program governance, technical coordination, resource management, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting. You will oversee schedules, deliverables, staffing, dependencies, security requirements, and contract performance across a complex environment. Success requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, exceptional program management capabilities, and the ability to make informed decisions across competing priorities.
