Easy Ship is a service designed for third-party sellers that enables fast and efficient delivery to customers across India. Easy Ship allows sellers to utilize our Amazon Services for delivery, returns and customer service for their MFN orders. This frees sellers to focus on what they do best—developing great products and marketing them to potential customers. By leveraging Amazon’s fulfillment service, Easy Ship sellers benefit from Prime eligibility, increased Buy Box wins and access to a trusted delivery experience that drives customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in our India Easy Ship operations. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance the seller experience, optimize supply chain efficiency, and elevate operational excellence across multiple business functions. You will act as the connective tissue between operations, product and technology translating complex business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to directly influence the growth trajectory of Easy Ship India while building programs that delight sellers and customers alike. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• A penchant for automating and standardizing processes at scale, with a strong orientation toward AI-driven solutions
• Develop and monitor program metrics to identify potential issues in last mile deliveries.
• Identify patterns of defects that will help us build initiatives to reduce defects at scale.
• Ability to pull data and perform deep-dives and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Demonstrated program or project management capabilities
• An ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• A talent for quickly identifying and addressing customer and seller pain points
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
• Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program metrics to identify potential issues in last mile deliveries.
• Identify patterns of defects that will help us build initiatives to reduce defects at scale.
• Ability to pull data and perform deep-dives and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to reduce defects and improve the delivery experience for Amazon customers.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written to regularly provide business updates during weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders to share regular updates, resolve blockers and deliver programs/initiatives on time.
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
• Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Master's degree or equivalent
