Program Manager - Released Products

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager - Released Products based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to manage the lifecycle of engineered products after their initial release, ensuring revisions are coordinated, documented, and implemented effectively. You will work across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Project Management, Quality, and external partners to keep complex product changes moving forward. The position combines program coordination, configuration management, documentation oversight, and cross-functional communication. You will maintain visibility into scope, dependencies, ownership, milestones, risks, and release readiness across multiple concurrent revisions. Your work will help ensure product changes are implemented accurately while keeping technical, manufacturing, customer, and service requirements aligned. This is a fully remote role suited to an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Manage programs for released products, including major revisions, performance and configuration updates, compliance-driven changes, manufacturing changes, and documentation-impacting updates. Develop and maintain revision plans covering scope, affected products and configurations, deliverables, owners, dependencies, milestones, and implementation status. Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, including agendas, status updates, decisions, action items, and follow-through to closure. Monitor program schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, and readiness while identifying gaps and escalating decisions or resource needs. Coordinate release and implementation readiness across Engineering, Operations, Service, Project Management, and external manufacturing partners. Coordinate documentation updates resulting from product revisions, including specifications, data sheets, IOM manuals, submittals, drawings, test information, labels, and related materials. Ensure documentation owners receive complete and timely technical inputs, including approved engineering changes, drawings, performance data, calculations, test results, and configuration details. Manage implementation follow-through for approved ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs affecting released products. Verify that approved changes are reflected across BOMs, drawings, controlled documents, manufacturing instructions, supplier communications, and product records. Maintain traceability between revision scope, engineering changes, documentation deliverables, approvals, and implementation evidence. Support cut-in planning and communication so teams understand which revision applies, when it takes effect, and which deliverables are required. Maintain dashboards, trackers, meeting records, and decision logs to provide clear visibility into progress and accountability. Report progress, upcoming milestones, risks, overdue actions, and required decisions to Product Development leadership and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate handoffs between Product Development and Operations, including readiness reviews and completion criteria. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, product lifecycle support, engineering change coordination, production planning, or a related role involving engineered or manufactured products. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Service, and suppliers or contract manufacturers. Experience with revision control, engineering change processes, documentation workflows, or configuration management in a quality-driven manufacturing environment. Strong program coordination and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple product revisions and competing priorities. Highly organized, with the ability to maintain clear scope, ownership, dependencies, milestones, risks, decisions, and action status. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, status reporting, stakeholder coordination, and escalation. Ability to read and work with BOMs, drawings, engineering change records, technical documentation, and product configuration information. Comfortable collaborating with technical writers, engineers, project managers, operations and manufacturing teams, and external partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project or document tracking tools; experience with PLM, ERP, QMS, or project management systems is a plus. Self-directed, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-changing, cross-functional environments. Familiarity with HVAC, thermal systems, electromechanical equipment, data center infrastructure, or contract manufacturing is a plus. Benefits: Fully remote position based in the United States.
