Identifies program risks, issues, and dependencies; leads root cause analyses; and recommends and implements corrective action plans to ensure continuity and performance of specialty care program operations. Supports change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning efforts to drive adoption of program initiatives across the integrated VHA health care system, including coordination with VA Central Office, VISNs, and facility-level stakeholders.

Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a large corporation or federal government agency, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a government or federal healthcare contracting environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust (MBI or higher) and comply with all VA IT security, privacy, and access requirements, including completion of required VA onboarding and training. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; U.S. citizenship may be required to meet federal security and VA access standards.
