Amazon has exciting opportunities for leaders in Operations Management within our rapidly expanding Sub Same Day (SSD) network in Japan. Our dynamic environment offers candidates significant challenges in strategic planning, network design, and driving scalable, continuous improvements across our fulfillment centers, supply chain, and last-mile delivery teams.

【Role Summary】 This role presents a unique opportunity to drive Amazon's ambitious goals for expanding and optimizing our SSD network in Japan. The successful candidate will lead programs, partnerships, and innovations to strategically grow our Sub Same Day delivery capabilities, ensuring best-in-class speed, coverage, and customer experience. We're seeking a self-starter who will take ownership of network operations and expansion challenges to create successful partnerships across stakeholder groups, driving strategy and execution to achieve SSD network growth goals at the right cost, while maintaining unparalleled customer experience.

At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.
