Requirements 5+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, campaign production, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, editors, and other creative specialists. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep diverse stakeholders informed and aligned. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a focus on enabling teams to produce high-quality work.
