Programmatic Associate Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Programmatic Associate Director based in the United States. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for a programmatic media expert responsible for driving strategy, execution, and performance across client campaigns. You will serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert, guiding campaign planning, audience strategy, activation, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Working across leading DSPs and programmatic formats, you will translate real-time performance data into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities. The role combines hands-on media buying with strategic client communication, creative collaboration, testing, and performance management. You will manage sophisticated campaigns and significant budgets while identifying opportunities to scale investment without compromising key performance indicators. Success requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, ownership, and the ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly.
