As a key member of the team, you'll provide administrative support that helps enable the successful delivery of rehabilitation programmes across the region. This is a busy and varied role where you'll work closely with Programme Facilitators and Principal Facilitators, contributing to meaningful outcomes for people in our care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate and maintain programme information and records. Support the setup and delivery of rehabilitation programmes. Extract, collate, and prepare information, reports, and meeting packs. Organise meetings, travel, and other logistical requirements. Manage resource orders and support equipment and facility needs. Contribute to health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. Provide reception and administrative support as required. You will also have: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative approach and commitment to being a great team member. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work with discretion. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ngā painga | The benefits The salary range for this role is $60,216 to $66,643 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
