Full job description
The Programme Associate will provide help-desk support for OSP-managed systems, manage access rights, prepare training and user guidance, participate in testing, extract data for reports and improve administrative and operational processes. The appointment is fixed-term for two years with possible extension.
Requirements & qualifications
The official vacancy requires secondary school education, five years of relevant administrative, financial, planning, programming or budgeting experience, English plus one other FAO working language, and local eligibility for General Service recruitment in Rome. Candidates must be Italian nationals or already possess valid work authorization and reside within commuting distance at application.
