Full job description
The officer supports programme knowledge management, development and management, use of programme funds, monitoring and evaluation, rights- and results-based programme management, capacity building, advocacy and coordination with national and local partners.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in social sciences, international relations, project management, government, public administration, public policy, social policy, social development, community development or another relevant field; at least two years of relevant professional experience; demonstrated results-based programme management and data-analysis skills; and proficiency in English and Spanish. Korean and municipal-level education or social-development experience are assets.
