Full job description
The officer supports knowledge management, programme development and management, appropriate use of programme funds, monitoring and evaluation, rights- and results-based programme management, national and local capacity building, advocacy, and partnership coordination. The role is part of UNICEF Honduras and supports the Education team with project implementation, evidence use and reporting.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a completed first-level university degree (bachelor's) in social sciences, international relations, project management, government, public administration, public policy, social policy, social development, community development or another relevant technical field; at least two years of relevant professional experience; demonstrated rights- and results-based programme management, data-analysis, reporting/evaluation and stakeholder-coordination skills; and proficiency in English and Spanish. Korean, municipal-level social-development/education project experience, intersectoral work and emergency familiarity are assets.
