Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and other technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Support the implementation of Salesforce functionality, integrations, workflows, and related system enhancements. Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate technical solutions. Contribute to testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce and CPQ capabilities. Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, system performance, usability, and overall solution effectiveness. Requirements: Professional experience in Salesforce development, programming, configuration, or a closely related role. Practical knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and development principles. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and the processes involved in configuring products, pricing, quoting, or related commercial workflows. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Experience working with software development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment practices.
