Discover how you can unleash your potential with us! About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our project delivery team. As a Project Analyst , you will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Migration Consultants, and Technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple project workstreams while supporting project planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery activities. What You Will Be Doing Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation support. Assist in project planning, scheduling, status tracking, risk monitoring, and progress reporting. Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, project reports, and other project deliverables. Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Coordinate with functional, migration, interface, and technical teams to ensure project activities are delivered on schedule. Support solution validation activities and participate in system walkthroughs and project discussions. Prepare test scenarios, execute functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and follow up on issue resolution. Track project issues, risks, change requests, and action items to ensure timely closure. Support the preparation of training materials, user onboarding documentation, and operational guides. Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Gain hands-on exposure across different project workstreams, including functional analysis, testing, migration, interfaces, and project management, while supporting day-to-day project delivery. Perform other project-related tasks and administrative activities as assigned. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello) will be an advantage. Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.   Why Join Us?
