Project & Cost Controls: Monitors approved project budgets and oversees project controls (PERs, PSRs, change orders, pay apps), identifying risks and recommending adjustments to maintain financial discipline. Program Delivery & Results: Facilitates delivery of campus and metro-based construction projects through timely, ‑data driven ‑decision-making‑ in partnership with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to Safety, Security, Quality, Schedule, and Cost priorities. Technical & Construction Oversight: Reviews engineering documentation, designs, and site plans; identifies gaps and risks; and provides recommendations that improve constructability while adhering to security core priorities and standards. Resource, Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversees procurement and resourcing activities, evaluates staffing and material needs, and monitors vendor performance for compliance, financial accuracy, and contractual obligations. Project Tracking & Executive Reporting: Assists in tracking and reporting project progress across scope, schedule, standards, and budget, synthesizing complex data into clear updates for delivery and executive audiences. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. 15+ years experience working on data center projects. Hyperscale Data Center Experience Experience leading teams and working with different partners within the same organization. OSHA 10 Hour Certification Experience/ understanding of MEP Systems Effective communication skills Experience with various forms of construction contracts Proven leaderships skills Ability to be a self-starter with limited oversight Ability to understand and read one-line electrical diagrams Familiar with LEAN or Kaizen Ability work in high stress situtations
