Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for managing and executing assigned projects to ensure successful delivery within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role ensures all projects are delivered in alignment with company objectives, agreed design specifications, and established processes, while maintaining effective coordination among internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Support Section Head in project management strategy and delivery activities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic plan.
- Oversee execution of project contract works, ensuring all parties fulfill contractual obligations and adhere to defined project scope.
- Manage approved project schedules, monitor critical path activities, ensure timely delivery, and proactively address potential delays.
- Track project costs, timelines, and overall progress, providing regular status updates and detailed reports to key stakeholders.
- Obtain necessary NOCs and permits from local authorities to ensure compliance and uninterrupted project execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Commercial, Development, Procurement, and Contracts, to align project requirements and schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- With Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Min. 8 years of experience, including 4 years in a senior leadership or project lead role managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- At least 2 years' experience from a developer background preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Offices, Power BI for dashboard reporting, and Primavera is preferred.
